After logging in, you will see access to your statement on the dashboard of the portal. If the “See Statement Details” button is not visible, you can also access the Current Statement within the My Account menu button in the left-hand navigation panel.
Make sure to check the date on your statement prior to making a payment. If you have already paid the balance, please disregard this notice. If you have additional questions regarding your balance, please contact our billing department by phone at (512) 345-8970 option 5 or by sending a portal message under Message Our Clinic.
If you do not know your login information, you can reset your account by selecting the “Using Mobile Phone” button or selecting the “Trouble logging in” hyperlink on the portal login in page.
