Infrared is a natural part of sunlight. In fact, infrared light makes up over 50% of sunlight’s total energy and composition. Our sauna uses full-spectrum infrared: near, mid, and far infrared light waves. Unlike traditional saunas that only heat the ambient air in the sauna, infrared saunas heat and penetrate the body deep at the cellular level.

Our sauna also has optional chromotherapy, or color-light therapy, to target specific needs such as increased energy or increased relaxation. Color-light therapy provides an array of visible light that taps into our moods and ultimately our body’s natural ability to detox and heal.
