Wiseman Family Practice is proud to sponsor Urban Roots Youth Development program and was delighted to support and attend the Second Annual Tour de Farm where almost $46,000 was raised!
We enjoyed spending the lovely evening on the farm and were blown away by the poise and honesty of several of the youths’ stories about the ways that Urban Roots has transformed their lives.
Several months in the fiscal year are left, and we encourage our friends, family and patients to support this terrific program.
